An excellent value. On time, honest, dependable! Have been using Genuine for a couple of years now, alway there when I need them. I first used their weed service 2 years ago, the service comes with a guaranteed but each year the weeds have been taken care of with just one application!!!

I've had them out once to spray for spiders and once to spray the weeds. The several times we had called with questions they were always polite and professional. If we happened to get their voicemail when we called they always immediately called back and were on time for both the service calls. They quickly fit us in when we first moved here and had a spider issue around the house. Within a week the spiders were no longer an issue. Happy with the service, happy with the price and we will definitely have them back as needed.

I love that I don't have to worry about my babies being harmed at home because we have the protection of insect spray done with Genuine Pest Control. It's a mother's nightmare to think of scorpions or blackwidows crawling around the house with a 1 and 4 year old.

We started with this Company upon a severe ant invasion of our property and home.  They did, and continue to, what was needed to solve the problem.  Very timely and professional!!  They have even gone to the extent of moving watering dishes and then washing them out , refilling them and replacing where they were!  Above and beyond!!
